REI-KI Usui System of
natural healing: Through the history of mankind, healing methods have
always existed which were based on the transfer of universal all
pervading life energy, Chinese- chi, Hindu- Prana, Russian Bio-plasmic
energy, Japanese-Ki. REI-KI is a precise technique to balance the
energies throughout your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
bodies. Courses in Levels 1, Level 2, Level 3 Master energy, and also
Master/Teacher Level. Certificate on Completion.
Paripurna Padma YOGA: Working
with postures and breathing techniques to enhance the prana through the
chakras also stimulating the Nadis within the body. Working on the
muscles, tendons, blood, mind and spirit for a healthy body.

Personal Defense: A short
course is available, for 2 or more. 4 x 2hrs sessions. Simple but
affective, how to get out of the situation and how to get away.
Designed for ladies, but men have also completed this course.

Chi-gong and Kung Fu: Chi-Gong
is the art of breath from ancient China, it includes movement,
meditation and breathing exercises to maintain the bodies health and
Chi flow making it powerful to keep out negative influences or
energies. Combined with Kung fu and ancient Chinese art of nerve touch
and against joints to immobilize the attacker or attackers as quickly
and quietly as possible. Including weapons of ancient China and of
today. Certificate on each level completed.
Crystal Gazing: This course is available to level 3 and higher in Reiki.
